Production process
The production process of galvanized sheet mainly includes three links: pretreatment, galvanizing process and post-treatment:
Pretreatment: clean the surface of the steel plate from oil, rust and other impurities, and pickle to remove oxides and rust layers.
Galvanizing process: mainly hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing methods are used to attach a layer of zinc to the surface of the steel plate.
