Material and production process

Base material: ordinary carbon structural steel, the main components are iron and carbon, and also contain a small amount of silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus and other elements.

Production process: It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in the plating tank with molten zinc, so that a layer of zinc adheres to the surface of the steel plate. For alloyed galvanized steel plates, they will be heated to about 500℃ immediately after leaving the tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron.

Types and specifications

Substrate types: cold-rolled coils, hot-rolled pickled coils, etc.

Galvanized layer types: normal zinc flower coating, small zinc flower coating, zinc-iron alloy coating, etc.

Coating weight: According to demand, the coating weight has different classifications, such as Z60, Z100, Z180, etc. The specific weight needs to be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
